Adds a color mask for the fluid wagon.

like the topic say, would love to use it with https://mods.factorio.com/mod/ElectricTrain but MK2 and MK3 Fluid wagon don't get color.
Mods need to make this a hard dependency to use the color mask.
Copying between carriages will work for all entities created before this mods data-final-fixes.
