Please remove the incompatible flag with Wagon Colors from Fluid Wagon Color Mask.
Users seem to get caught in a catch 22 where Train & Fuel Overhaul depends on Fluid Wagon Color Mask, downloads it but during restart Fluid Wagon Color Mask sees Wagon colors disables itself and with it Train & Fuel Overhaul.
I've flagged Fluid Wagon Color Mask as incompatible in Wagon Colors so it disables itself cleanly for updating to your mod.
