I'm not sure if this is just because I have a tonne of mods installed, but when these solar panels get damaged (happening due to Robot Attrition in Space Exploration as they're flying over the solar farm), the robots will repair the solar panels afterwards but the health bar remains on the screen with 1 grey box even after they have been fully repaired. To get it to disappear you have to pick them up and replace them.
