Only my personal opinions, but I feel as though it's unnecessary to change the ingredients for the offshore pump and that the salt water tech research requires too many science packs. Desalinization (essentially distilling) isn't that complex of a tech concept and should only need red & green, maybe purple, too, and reduce the count from 500 to like 150 or less. You can also lock it behind oil processing (make it a required tech) seems it requires the chem plants.

Using RSO fixes this and they spawn more like oil does (though in this case, I wonder if maybe you might want to increase the default amounts seems the number of wells are a lot less).
