Damn you roll out a bunch of mini mods. This is an interesting one.
Here's some suggestions again:
Rename Usable water to fresh water.
Add expensive high tech research that gives you the offshore pump to pump salt water which you then have to use a refinery (and quite a bit of power) to desalinize it.
You should create a forum thread where players can suggest minimods to create.
