From "Far Reach" mod? Sure, the other mod is updating range bonuses to each player individually. Problem is that these bonuses are not in sync with what players should have accodring to prototypes, meaning if player dies or changes character, the bonuses need to be reapplied. In some cases this didn't work during my playthrough of Pyanodon.
My mod applies same bonuses to on prototype level. The benefit is that game doesn't care if you die or change character (as long as both characters have been specified in mod setting), correct bonuses will always be applied. The disadvantage is that if you want to change the bonus value, you will need to restart the game (since it is a startup setting).
