Can you make it to where power produced in the building can be exported from the building as well imported? I made a powerplant in one of these but had to tear it down because the power couldn't leave it.

Also fluid flow rates in and out are a bit janky, is there a way to fix that?

The first thing you're mentioning is already an upcoming change (it was like that in the first place due to limitations that no longer exist today).
