I've seen that you said somewhere that power setting will be obsolete at some point, so I was hoping that it'd be linked to power consumption being un-nested; I mean, having real consumption / production in electricity graphics rather than having the raw factorrisimo factory 01 consumed X MW or produced Y MW

Yes, after the power rework factory buildings will not be opaque to the power grid anymore: you will be able to see every individual machine on the power graph.
