When I pick up the factory, it's called factory (inactive). But I'd like to know if there is a way to initialize the factory?

(Maybe manually pick up all entities in the factory), can I automatically clear what I select for overlay controllers, set the power limit as default, or even change its name without "inactive"?

Why no answer?

There's no way to do that right now, but due to some cool new and planned features of Factorio it will soon no longer be necessary to clear factory building settings because there won't be any settings anymore.
