Compatibility with jetpack mod; they work together just fine; the issue is that when you are using the jetpack; you are supposed to be flying above the buildings but instead you will fly inside. Would just like it so you don't fly inside and you can fly over the buildings as intended. I would submit this to them but it seems more like it should be done here as opposed to there.
