You updated Factorio to 0.18, but you didn't update Factorissimo2 to a version that works with 0.18. The game gave you an error message, but you ignored it.
If your mods are not loading, your best course of action is always to quit to main menu immediately (without saving) and update your mods until they load. Then you can load your save and everything should work again. Most importantly, everything should still be there.
My guess is that you saved once while Factorissimo was not loaded. That caused Factorio to create a new savefile without any Factorissimo data. Then you loaded that save after reactivating Factorissimo, but there were no factory buildings or researched techs left to load.
