I know people have asked before. I have TONS of power that can be used 200 steam engines. Power pole has full electricity and can't even power tier 1 factory building? Anyone can help out? Here are the list of mods I have installed.

Nvm Full Power Coverage Mod was the issue.

You can hover over over the yellow arrow by the entrance of the factory building and press Shift+R and Ctrl+R to change the transfer limit. Read the arrow's tooltip for more info.

Or Full Power Coverage could have been the issue, yeah.
