Basically due to the default power transfer rates I have noticed that as I upgrade my factories it isn't always immediately obvious when I start running into power issues. This is compounded by the fact that in order to check I need to walk into each individual building. It would be great if on hover of the factory building I could view a mini electric breakdown.
