Does the building contain pollution, or does it spread normally? Say I fill one with boilers, does it trap the pollution or does it let it out? I've been searching all over so excuse me if this is an obvious answer, but I have yet to find it anywhere.
All pollution is moved outside the building, so you can't prevent any pollution from spreading outside by putting things inside. I must have missed that info when rewriting the FAQ.
