Is it possible to switch wearhouse power input/output... I was thinking to place outside of warehouse a accumulator and read its value ... it is high i turn power to input ... to recharge and in night when value drops to give the charge to my base.

it's not a feature I know of but I can think of uses for it ... except that the way the accumulators in the factories work you'd be constantly flipping them on or off ... If I could say read the power in a factory building that makes power deep in the factory (thank you waterfill/waterwell mods) I'd then be able to toggle on/off outer layers so different deep power production points could output power at different amounts depending on the deep energy use around them rather than centralized power

So you want to place accumulators inside buildings? Unfortunately they wouldn't even work inside buildings, not even if you manually switch. You'll have to place your accumulators outside, next to your solar panels.
