I found out that if you pick up a Factorissimo building with a bot, the building itself stays on the map, but the item for the Factorissimo building does get picked up and is put in a logistics container.
Deconstructing works fine for me. Please find a way to reproduce this bug, and tell me exact instructions, starting from a new game with as few other mods as possible.
