per release notes on version: 0.16.24 "Fixed that you could define a fluidbox height of 0"
check code for fluixbox height, and make sure it isn't zero.

This mod is not working for me still, all of my factorys are gone in version 16.24.
Any ideas how i could get this to work again?

Did you update and then reenable Factorissimo2? If no, then do that. If yes, and your factory buildings are still missing, then you probably saved over your savefile while Factorissimo2 was inactive, which would mean you broke your save permanently.

Thanks for quick respons, it way have been that i have lost my save due to overwrite my save.
But i will try it again mayby i have an old sav which stil works. I will let you know.

I'm still having an issue despite reinstalling the mod.

I actually still get the error even after uninstalling the mod for testing. Weird
