Shift-R ad Ctrl-R turns the arrow right and left but stopped increasing and decreasing the power transfer rate with the 16.18 update. Thanks for the work you do.

Still works fine for me. Check your keybindings (Options -> Controls -> Mods) and rebind them if necessary. Report back if that doesn't work.

Reset to default, tried different key bindings still does the same thing. Just twists the arrows no power change. I am going to try a fresh game with no mods except factorissimo2 and see if it is another mod doing it.

When they updated to 16.2 this problem fixed itself. Thanks
