i've been playing around with your mod for powerhouses and i'm under the impression the steam engines don't read the power needs outsides of the powerhouse and instead try to produces what the powerhouse maximum output. that means it uses more fuel than expected since i have tendency of maxing the power output to not sorry about it later. is this normal functioning ? do i, their for, have to "micro" manage the power output of the powerhouse ? or is their a workaround ?

after further investigation i think i've workout what was bugging me. i believe you use a buffer in your building to transfers power on each tick. that means if i ask of 100gw output the steam engines will be running at full performance the time we fill the buffer which i believe are 100Gw/60=1.6GJ. if i'm right could you add this to your information tab?
