Is there a reason why my Factorissimo 2 (2.1.7) is not working on Factorio 0.15.3?
The mod says there's a dependency on Factorio 0.15.13, but 0.15.3 seems to be the latest version. Typo?
Don't know on which planet you live, but the latest experimental version is currently 0.15.19.
I live on Planet Earth. Generally where people are a bit nicer than you. I didn't know that the official mods extended into the experimental versions. But thanks for letting me know in your own, dick-ish way.

Also I'm curious, where did you get the 0.15.3 version number from? The latest stable (non-experimental) release is still 0.14.23.
