It would be nice if we could make our nuclear reactors inside a building and exporting the heat pipe into another building or outside.(Not sure if already possible)

I could not get that to work. It would be nice, I agree.

I've got a 6-reactor layout that fits into a Tier-3 Factory nicely. The math works pretty well. With adjacency bonuses, the reactors should give 800MW, which is just over 137 turbines, and I've squeezed in 138.

I'm considering trying a different idea with more reactors and lots of heat-exchangers, and using pipes to get the steam out to the turbines.

This actually shouldn't be that difficult to implement from a mod standpoint, and should be relatively CPU efficient since heat transfer is no longer calculated every tick.

Looking for this too ... any updates or statements on this?
