External overlay icons are coming across as tiny for me (only using a single tile). I could have sworn they were the larger size under 0.14. Is there some trick to making them appear larger in 0.15?

Ah yes, the 0.15 update changed the default render size of overlay icons. I'll have to fix that. Thanks for reporting.

Please let me know what the fix is as this also impacts the warehousing mod and I'd like to patch my own mod/report to the guy that has (temporarily?) taken that one over and patched it for 0.15.

From the 0.15.0 changelog:

- Changed container entities to not scale info icons by default + added the optional prototype property "scale_info_icons" to enable scaling.
