g Is this mod compatible with the notnotmelon fork of Factorissimo 2?

This fork is has increased performance and bug fixes compared to the original mod.

I wonder if it can be played with it instead of the original.

I tried to swap out the dependency and got the following error open starting a new game:

The mod Factorissimo2 Playthrough (1.1.11) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

I see your points, however, I have grown astray from developing Factorio mods right now. I may come to this someday in the future and implement it - unless someone implements it and sends me a PR on GitHub.

I have replied with specific details about pixelcort's implementation on the pull request.

Thanks! I've closed my PR for now as oof2win2 thankfully pointed out some additional pipe-related stuff that I can't guarantee I can get to anytime soon, as well as some open discussion about the best way to support both the original dependency and its fork. :)
