there is no way to prevent biters and such from attacking your factory, and when this happens, all inputs quit working and there is no way to fix that I am aware of. please remove biters and other aliens as a default setting while this mod is active. edit: I just found the setting in the mod settings menu, I will leave this for anyone who may need to know.
