make ability to spawn random surface inside factories.
Adventure starting without any resources on map.
you have several factories to place with resource & water inside.
1) when you place factory there will spawn random surface. with resources or biters or empty.
biters can run out to bite your butt.
2) you cannot pickup surface until it fully cleaned.
you cannot pickup factory with any building inside.
water do not counting.
oil surfaces will never picked up. some balance...
3) you can pickup empty or cleaned factories. they will not regenerate surface after placing again.
