For Py mods, many recipes are locked. However, using the option "show disabled recipes" also hides recipes locked by technology.

So either you miss 80% of the recipes since you didn't research them yet, or you have twice as many that you can never use because they're not in this combination of the mod pack.

It would be nice if we could hide disabled recipes but still show those just locked behind research.

Does it work if you untick "Show hidden recipes" but keep "Show disabled recipes"?

Ideally, mods should be marking recipes as hidden if they can never be used. If they don't do this, I'd report it as a bug.
