In the recipe UI, I can only see the product temperature, not the ingredient temperature. Ingredients can have temperatures also, 3 fields to be precise. See https://wiki.factorio.com/Types/FluidIngredientPrototype, fields 'temperature', 'minimum_temperature', 'maximum_temperature'. If I hoover over the recipe icon in the top-left corner, the recipe tool-tip correctly shows the ingredient temperature. To replicate, install Angel Smelting and all it's dependencies, search for coolant, choose all recipes that have 'used coolant' as ingredient, see what the mod shows for "cooling from 300", "cooling from 200", "cooling from 100" recipes.
