FNEI incorrectly states that Advanced Heavy Gas Fractionation can be performed in a regular (Angel's) gas refinery, when it clearly requires two inputs and so has to be done in an advanced (Angel's) gas refinery. I haven't checked other recipes, but I expect this is not an isolated instance.

There are also 4 fluid outputs, those have to be matched too in order for the recipe to be craftable in an assembler machine (gas refinery).

Admittedly could be a bit resource heavy, but making Factorio itself test if a machine can use a certain recipe is probably better than reimplementing the logic.
