I will rename to "Regenerator" and "medical capsule"

repair kit its a gun with homing ammo ( like rocket ), but if you look at damage of repair capsule I: -40 - this mean you heal 40 points of health points/durability (even if you shoot at damaged rocks :) )

I added to the pistol a description in Russian:
"A gun that shoots impulses that repair damaged machinery or structures. Uses "repair capsules" of various modifications."

in your mod you can do what you want :)
