Cars now automatically clear impeding trees and rocks.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

Could be if it is vehicle.type == "car" but I cannot say 100% if it can destroy trees and rocks fast enough than the car is moving.
