Adds additional colors to use in circuit lamps

This mod deserves a port to .18, though vanilla would be a even better place.
I would love to see this mod updated to 0.18!
Can we add a checkbox for lamps to ☐ Use colors ☑ Use RGBA Where the lamp will take the red signal, green signal, blue signal, and white signal as values from 0-255 to determine what color it glows and how hard?
