Small changes concerning balance, gameplay, or graphics.

On the space age part, space platforms have construction scaffolding when placing entities. It'd probably look cool as part of the construction time if possible.
honestly, I dont like build time mods in factorio. but if they had the sick build animation of platforms... neeeed
