found an issue with this mod - it will prevent the vanilla artillery tech from being available. after many trial and errors, it narrowed it down to this mod. removed all mods, art tech is there, enable just this mod and art tech is not available. thus blocking any artillery tech from being researched. it also appears just removing mod, doesn't bring back artillery tech in saved games, leaving them broke as far as I can tell.
