Changes Bob's Enemies Colored Alien Artifacts to be crafted into Alien Artifacts from the same mod.

(Context for why I made this mod was my friend and I are not playing with the mod that adds the use for them to be used in research and they had no uses. Alien artifacts did however have a use for us, as we could make alien ore.)
