The Electric Boiler included here is entirely useless.
The Boiler uses 12 water per second, and produces 12 steam per second, not unlike its burner counterpart (which is 20/20). But, the boiler consumes 900kW of power, which means that it consumes exactly as much power as it's capable of producing.
If 1 boiler makes 12 steam, then 5 make 60. Which means, they can support 6 steam engines which consume 10 steam each. That ratio is on point.
However, those 6 engines produce 750kW each, for a total of 4.5mW. The 5 boilers consume 900kW each, for a total of 4.5mW. Any power plant that utilizes electric boilers is either net-zero in terms of production, at bast, or actually drains power from a network, if improper ratios are used.
This screams to be adjusted. Please rebalance.
