Drop-in mod to make finite resources infinite, scaling with existing resource generation. Completely customizable and can be removed at any time.

Summary

Instantly make resources infinite in your existing or upcoming game. Can be installed, reconfigured or removed without any permanent changes to your world.

Installing

When you install the mod, all ores become infinite, scaling yield linearly with the resource density. An ore tile with 1500 ore becomes 100% yield (configurable), 3000 ore is 200% yield, etcetera.

Uninstalling

When you uninstall the mod, all resource patches go back to normal as if this mod was never even there, minus the decrease in yield.

Configuration

Comes with 3 settings:

  • 100% Yield quantity (default: 1500)
    • How much ore equals 100% yield. For example, if this is 1000, and an ore tile has 2000 in it, the yield of that tile will be 200%.
  • Minimum yield (multiplier) (default: 0.5)
    • Minimum yield as multiplier. For example, if the 100% yield quantity is 1500, and this is set to 0.5, then the minimum yield will be 50%.
  • Resource drain per operation (default: 1)
    • Amount of resource depletion that is applied per mining operation, in vanilla resource units. Setting this to zero means the yield will never go down. Recommended to leave at 1.
