Makes the Logistic System research only need green science, but also require Character Logistic Slots and Logistic Trash Slots.
Love the fix, the core .15 makes it so hard. But I think keeping Blue research might keep the challenge fair
Then...not really a point in downloading the mod. This fixes the Logistics research (which is infinitely useful) to make it not absurdly stupid to get.
