A lot of people were annoyed by the fact that v0.15 of Factorio locks the Logistic System behind the most advanced science packs despite it being a minor step up in technology from the rest of the logistic robot research.

This mod fixes that by changing the requirements to the following:

• Needs Character Logistic Slots 1, as they can be seen as the in-universe inspiration for Requester Chests
• Needs Character Logistic Trash Slots 1, as above, but for Active Provider Chests
• Only requires red and green science packs

I hope this makes for some happy players.
