Unlocks elevated rails earlier. Also allows unlocking cliff explosives earlier, and building ocean rail supports on Fulgora without having to go to Vulcanus.

Make it possible to build elevated rails on lava and option to being able to build on deep ocean tiles without tech
Make sure you're using version 1.0.5. There were some issues with 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 which is why they got updated so quickly. Otherwise, your problem might be some other mod, because everything works fine for me.
