Unlocks elevated rails earlier. Also allows unlocking cliff explosives earlier, and building ocean rail supports on Fulgora without having to go to Vulcanus.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. All the mod does is remove the need for chemical and production science packs. I've clarified that in the description, at least. I guess the screenshot does sort of count as "after."
