Factorio Drill Sound Effect

Replaces the default sound effect for the repair pack with a better drill sound effect.

Sound by Mike Koenig, found on SoundBible. The sound file has a CC-BY 3.0 license. The thumbnail is public domain. Everything else here that I have any copyright interest in is released under the MIT license.

I adapted the mod configuration from files in Sonic Screwdriver mod by steinio. (MIT license).

Bugs

This is a pretty simple mod. Nonetheless there will be breakage over time. PLEASE REPORT ALL BUGS ON GITHUB. I am on github every day but I do not monitor factorio mods.
