I really like your mod and I was wondering if you would include stone and steel double furnaces. I understand how this mod is meant to late game but I tend to use steel furnaces for a long time (I only switch to electric when I have mass beacons and modules). Also even for the early game, it makes the layout simpler even with stone furnaces.

Sorry for answering late, I recently finished my Masters Thesis.
This reminds me of a request for adding a 2x2 version of the Double Furnace, to which I said that I don't see the need because you have endless space available.
You basically want the same (a 2x2 version), but with coal instead of power.
I think I will try integrating this.
