b [Fixed in 1.3.1] Bugs when amending an existing blueprint

What happened:
Crash

Error log:
The mod Display Plates (1.2.7) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.
Error while running event DisplayPlates::on_player_setup_blueprint (ID 69)
Index out of bounds: 535 > 0.
stack traceback:
[C]: in function 'set_blueprint_entity_tag'

What I was doing:
I used 5 display plates in part of a blueprint. The icons were: gear wheels, green circuits, iron plate, red circuits, lubricant.
I create the blueprint, then used the button at the top of the blueprint interface (right click on blueprint item) to amend the blueprint.
I dragged the drag-select over my slightly different group of buildings, and the crash occurred.

Think this is a known issue / limitation with how factorio deals with blueprint updates.
It looks like Wyrrrd attempted to make a fix to prevent the crash in his latest version.
However as far as I know the blueprints wont update the display plates, you have to create a new one.
I've been out of the factorio loop for a bit, but if you're lucky maybe I find some time to add so it doesn't crash at least, but don't bet on it :)

Since 1.3.1 it will no longer crash at least, but updating an existing blueprint will cause the plates to lose their signal.
