Game ver 1.0.0. The Ruins Mod (0.2.9) - adds labs sometimes. Delete Empty Chunks (0.4.2) - deletes them. Disco Science (1.0.2) is not happy about it.

Hmm it looks like chunk deletion doesn't raise events, which means DiscoScience isn't informed about the missing labs. You can safely ignore the warning, but I don't think there's any way for Delete Empty Chunks to fix this.
