It can delete all chunks without your buildings
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
You need to run the regen command on the mod being affected. PFR's command is /pfr_regen. Presumably RSO has a similar thing. Ores will regenerate and continue generating correctly after that.
