I did check this out. There are certain edge conditions that will cause tile disappearance from a chunk adjacent to one which has been deleted. This is a issue in the Factorio engine and can not be trivially resolved within a mod.
Honestly, I can't see which two tiles you mean - if you mean the two rocks, these are simply looking bugger thna they are.
