The normal loader's cost is just 1 belt plus 5 iron plates while a normal insterter requires duralumin and simple circuit boards (plus some other ingredients). This make them extremely cheap and powerful. Infrastructure in py costs a lot so loaders really stand out from the rest of it.

I'd propose to balance their cost to 1 belt plus 4 inserters of corresponding level (for example fast loader = 1 fast belt + 4 fast inserters)

additionally maybe there could be "cost multiplier" configuration setting? (default: "1"). This way people would be able to increase it if they want more challenge.

I dont know iff it is possible to change the normal loader's recipe and ad a "cost multiplier" configuration setting (i never done this before)
also i will ask or make a poll on the pymods discord server
