can you fix recipe for "energy-liquid-3" that is not available to craft in chemistry station? It appears in inventory recipes, but requires fluid to craft. I am not good in programming.

what config options are used with the recipe failing? is it uncraftable only under certain config conditions or are all options turned on? or is it uncraftable regardless?
