Unofficial 0.17 port of Low Spec Darkstar Utilities
Large total conversion mods.
I'm running 17.21 on my current mod pack for some of the mods that aren't 17.23, and you didn't note the change that makes a mod compliant with 17.23 and breaks 17.21 compatibility. Would have been nice is all.
I didn't know an update to 17.23 would break it on 17.21, i think i know how to fix that though.
