b Mod not appear in factorio mod menu

So ever since the last update the mod has stopped showing up in the factorio mod menu.
It is in the mods folder where all the downloaded mods go.
I have tried just disabling everything to see if it would appear then but still isn't.
Not sure what is causing this issue but I am not the online one appearing to have this issue.

Any ETA on a fix for this mod-smith nekomancer?

With any luck figuring the issue out, I will hopefully have it patched later tonight.
